This cute and tasty Caprese Salad Wreath you can whip up in no time for those RV park potlucks or company gatherings this holiday season.
Especially great if you’re not a cook!
Ingredients:
2 pints of cherry tomatoes
2 cartons of small mozzarella balls
Fresh Basil
Balsamic Vinegar – buy a good one! It’s Christmas!!
Bamboo skewers
Round serving platter
Directions:
Alternate cheese and cherry tomatoes on a skewer. Begin with basil leaves on the bottom and then a layer of skewers – build additional layers to complete wreath. Place basil leaves all around the wreath between layers. Drizzle with Balsamic Vinegar. It’s delicious!
