Get Lost in a Fun Maze when you visit McCall’s Pumpkin Patch, which is rated as one of the Top 10 corn mazes in the USA! It’s about a 45 minute drive from Albuquerque. It is open now through October 27th.
Last years design was the American flag with a tractor and corn stalks – who knows what this years theme will be? We just know it will be fabulous and incredibly difficult to get through it!
If getting lost isn’t on your list of fun activities, there’s a ton of fun things to do and they keep adding new features every year. This years new features are the Sport Barn, Low Ropes Course and an artificial turf Outdoor Game arena.
Besides getting to pick out your special pumpkin and trying your hand at the corn maze, you can shop for all your Fall and Halloween decorations, pick out some nice produce at the market, shop for gifts and decorations in the Country Store, have lunch and so much more! There are photo opportunities everywhere for lasting memories of the day.
There’s a lot to keep the kids entertained – animals, rides, bouncy castles, giant slide, Bunnyville, Back-in-Time Playhouse – the list goes on and on!
BUT – at Halloween it’s even scarier!
On Friday and Saturday nights through October 26th, the place turns into a Frightmare! Now you’re in the Field of Screams, Curtain Chaos and the Haunted Barn. These experiences have become so popular that it’s suggested that you buy your tickets well in advance. There are Costume Contests and lots more to enjoy during this special event. It’s become a family tradition for many!
If you’re looking for a RV park nearby, check out the Happy Trails RV Park. It’s located close to I-40, just outside of Moriarty. It does not have a website but has many good reviews on different sites.
