Game Day is on the way! Here’s a super simple and tasty dish for your party. Hope your Team wins!

Ingredients:

1 (10 oz) bag Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips

1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened

8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

1 egg

1 (15 oz) can sweet corn, drained

1 (4 oz) can green chiles, mild or medium

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, for topping

Instructions:

Step 1: Oven Setup

Begin by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Step 2: Prepare Baking Sheets

Lightly grease two large baking sheets or use parchment paper.

Arrange the tortilla chips on the sheets with the scoops facing upward.

Step 3: Mix Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, egg, drained sweet corn, green chiles, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Mix until well blended.

Step 4: Spoon Filling

Carefully fill each tortilla chip with approximately 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture.

Step 5: Add Parmesan

Sprinkle the tops of the filled chips with the grated Parmesan cheese.

Step 6: Bake

Place the baking sheets in the preheated oven and bake for 13-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Step 7: Serve Warm

Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
