No Bake Nutella Cheesecake

Three of the loveliest words in the world are “No Bake”, “Nutella” and “Cheesecake”! Would be lovely for Valentine’s Day.

Ingredients:

10 oz. Graham crackers

5 Tbs. soft unsalted butter

1 – 13 oz. jar of Nutella at room temperature

3/4 Cup chopped toasted hazelnuts

1 lb. cream cheese at room temperature

1/2 Cups powdered sugar

Directions:

Break the graham crackers in the bowl of a processor, add the butter and 1 Tbs. of Nutella. Blend until it starts to clump. Add 3 Tbs. of Hazelnuts and continue to pulse until you have a damp, sandy mixture.

Spoon into a 9 inch springform pan and press into the base with your hands. Place in the fridge to chill.

Beat the cream cheese and confectioner’s sugar until smooth and then add the remaining Nutella to the mixture and continue to beat until combined.

Take the springform pan from the fridge and carefully smooth the Nutella over the base. Scatter the remaining hazelnuts on top and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Serve straight from the fridge for the best result.
